Employer Accounts If you register as an employer, we collect your name, email address, company information, and job posting details including job title, location, job type, description, and closing date.
Contact Form When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message content. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

Candidate Profiles Your candidate profile, including your name, professional title, location, and resume content, is visible to registered employers on our platform. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

- WP Job Manager — job listings and resume management
- Elementor — website functionality and forms
- Gravatar — profile photos (optional)

Data Retention
We retain your account and profile data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days except where we are required to retain it for legal or security purposes. Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months.
